After receiving permission from the Reserve Bank of India, the Company entered the non-banking financial sector (NBFC). Irinjalakuda Credits & Leasing Company Limited was the previous name of ICL Fincorp Limited, which was changed to ICL Fincorp Limited on May 8, 2016. The firm provides debenture products, travel and tourism services, insurance, money transfer, foreign exchange, gold loans, business loans, hypothecation loans, property loans, car loans, hire-purchase loans, and home appliance loans. In the five southern Indian states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka, the company's branch network increased from 163 to 188, including 4 branches for its subsidiary Salem Erode Investments Limited.
